Sweet fall salad with cranberry poppyseed dressing

For the Salad

  • Salad Mix
  • Camembert Cheese
  • Dried Cranberries
  • Tomatoes cherry optional
  • Cucumber
  • Sweet paper

For the Dressing

  • 1 cup Nudo Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup White Vinegar
  • 1 cup Whole or Frozen Cranberries
  • 1/3 - 2/3 cup Sugar Depending on how tart your cranberries are
  • 1 tbsp Poppy Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Ground Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Grated Onion
  • Salt To taste
  • Paper To taste


  • In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients to dressing except oil.
  • Start blending, while processing, gradually add oil in a steady stream.
  • Store in an airtight container. Shake before use.
  • Chop cucumber, cheese, pepper, and tomato.
  • Add dressing to salad and enjoy.
