Ingredients:

  • 7 oz of pasta (spirals);
  • 1/2 pcs. of carrots;
  • 1 pcs. of onion;
  • 1 prong of garlic;
  • 2 tbsp. of tomato paste;
  • salt, pepper, herbs (“Provencal herbs”) – to taste.

Boil the spirals (no more than 3-4 minutes, until half cooked), recline in a colander, pour over cold water and let drain. Coarsely grate the carrots, chop the onion into cubes, mix everything and fry until soft. Add tomato paste, mix and simmer a little. Put the spirals to the vegetables, season to taste and sprinkle with dried herbs. Let the food stew under the lid over low heat for 2-3 minutes, then remove from the stove and stand for another 1-2 minutes under the lid before serving.

Perfect pasta with onions, carrots, and tomatoes are excellent in taste, juicy and satisfying, and also look attractive. To achieve the latter, you need to carefully remove the skins from tomatoes or use canned tomatoes without skin for cooking.

Ingredients:

  • 5 oz of pasta;
  • 1 pcs. of onion;
  • 1/2 pcs of carrots;
  • 3 pcs of tomatoes;
  • 1 pinch of sugar;
  • salt, pepper, herbs – to taste.

Boil pasta (4-5 minutes), recline in a colander, and rinse with cold water. Chop the onion into small cubes and sauté until transparent. Coarsely grate the carrots, add to the onion, mix the vegetables and fry until soft. Peel the tomatoes, pre-dousing them with boiling water and immediately immersing in cold water.

Cut the tomatoes into slices and put them in a pan to the vegetables. Season together with salt, pepper, and sugar, simmer with stirring over medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Put the shells, mix them in the sauce, keep the food on low heat under the lid for another 4-5 minutes.

Advice! Sugar in the recipe is needed to balance the taste of sour tomatoes. If they are sweet, sugar can be completely ruled out. To emphasize the delicate tomato flavor, it is recommended to add basil to the dish.

Dish with minced meat, onions, and carrots – real navy pasta, timeless culinary classic. But if you add a little tomato sauce, you get an original version of this dish with a light Italian touch.

Ingredients:

  • 4.5 oz of pasta;
  • 1 pcs. of onion;
  • 1 pcs. of carrots;
  • 9 oz of minced meat (mixed, pork and beef);
  • 3 tbsp. of tomato sauce (ketchup);
  • 1 prong of garlic;
  • salt, pepper, herbs (basil) – to taste.

Boil the pasta until half cooked, drain and rinse with cold water. Cut the garlic into 4 parts, put in the warmed vegetable oil, fry for 2-3 minutes, and remove. In scented oil, sauté until diced the onion, diced, then put the grated carrots to it.

Fry a mixture of vegetables until soft, stir in tomato sauce, and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Add minced meat to the pan, mix, cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Lastly, combine the feathers with frying, season with salt and pepper, warm a little under a closed lid, and sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.

Pour tomato paste into the pan, add salt and pepper, mix everything thoroughly, simmer under the lid until thickened. Ingredients:

  • 18 oz of pasta;
  • 7 oz of meat (pork);
  • 1 pcs. of carrots – 1 pc.;
  • 1 pcs. of onion;
  • salt, pepper, seasonings, herbs – to taste.

Boil pasta, rinse in a colander under cold water, leave to drain. Grate carrots, chop the onion into cubes, mix the vegetables and sauté until tender in a pan. Cut the meat into long thin strips, put in the onion-carrot mixture, fry them all together for 8-10 minutes until cooked. Put the horns to fry, season to taste, mix and warm under the lid for 5-6 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs before serving.

Advice! Boiled horns and other products must be washed in cold water so that they maintain the state of “al dente”, that is, semi-prepared. Since the products will subsequently be heated in the same pan with hot fries, they should not be boiled.
